A lesson on patience

Friends around me had all becoming pregnant; some having their 1st, whilst others are having a 2nd. Even those who were married after me are already making their way to the hospitals for their ante-natal exercises and check-ups.

Time and time again, i repeat the same old statement in my head;"Don't worry, for Allah swt knows best, and He is the best of Planners." He knows better when is the time suitable for me to be a mommy. Maybe there's still a lot to improve about myself before i become a mother to my child.

And it isn't just a lesson on trust but on being truly patient and sincere, in what Allah swt has decreed upon.

We could only pray for Allah's guidance and blessings to be bestowed with pious and pure offspring. ameen.

Whatever task that we're given, it cannot be done when we r under stress or pressure... the success rate is very low.

So keep ur spirit high, be happy as Allah SWT really and truly loves you. Juz say, "Oh Allah, if by putting me in this test pleases You, oh Allah, I gladly accept this, Syukran Ya Robb!" And leave whatever thots that comes in your mind.

In difficult times, it's hard to say Alhamdulillah. When u r able to do so, Allah will be very pleased.

Have faith, Allah SWT will grant you offsprings whom are Soliha and Solihin. Juz a matter of time.

Dun be disheartened by what u r seeing around u. Juz tell urself, "My turn will come soon!"

Be happy and stay happy! Love u!

Assalamu'Alaikum

Try this: Wake up 1 hour before fajr. Take ghusl. Do 2 raka'at. The first raka'at, say al-Kafirun. It is to affirm faith and cleanse the self of shirk. In the second raka'at, say al-Ikhlas.

When you qiyam from ruku', ask then of your need. Because you have said: sami' Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him. And you have replied: Rabban lakal hamd (My Rabb, I am praising you). So He is listening. Then ask.

Alternatively, recite ayat seribu dinar (As the Malays call it) 100 x with the intention of hajat.

Remember that none despair at the Mercy of Allah except those who have no faith.

In Surah al-Ma'idah, Zakaria asked in his old age and Allah granted him a son (Yahya).

In Surah al-Anbiya, Ibrahim was granted a son in his old age. And when Sarah asked how she could conceive since she was barren, Allah answered that it was easy for Him. He had only to say 'Be' and it is.

Know then that Allah is also known as sami'a dua'i (The Granter of Du'a)

Wassalam

As-salaamu'alaykum,

Be assured Sister, of Allah's reminder to us to seek for things that endure has always been neglected by the allurements of this life:

"Wealth and sons are allurements of the life of this world: but the things that endure, Good Deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best as (the foundation for) hopes."

(Qur'an: Surah Kahfi:46)

for what is this life? .... I think you know the answer

May Allah grant you the best

was-salaam
